This is a one off chance to obtain a rare piece of art. A sketch of Alex James from Blur, done by the artist Jamie Hewlett. Drawn on a piece of notepad paper, this was done around 199

The cartoon of Alex James drawn by Jamie Hewlett was done circa 1991 whilst a bunch of us were sitting in the Crown Pub in Brewer Street next to Food Records (Blur’s record company where I worked) it was one of several drawn by Jamie on pages in a notebook I had.  Jamie was friends with the band (specifically Graham) and went on to do an illustration of the band for the cover of Deadline magazine.
