• Once registered, you can bid from wherever you may be, so long as you have access to the internet. You will need a paypal account.
  • Each item has a ‘lot’ number.
  • Bidding on each lot will be done via the web app and the highest bid at the end of the bid wins as long as the reserve price has been met.
  • We are arranging the sale on behalf of someone else so the ownership of the goods transfer once the invoice has been paid.
  • Once you bid, you are obligated to complete the purchase. Failure to do so will result in the item being re-listed and the suspension of your bidding abilities.
  • Bids won are subject to a buyers premium of 20% of the hammer price. The hammer price is subject to VAT at 20% so final amount is 24%. For example, if you bid up to £100, you will pay £124.00 in total plus delivery charges.
  • For buyers outside of the UK, VAT will not be charged but proof of export will be needed by us and the buyer is responsible for import VAT and customs clearances. We will provide commercial invoice to the value of the hammer price.
  • On winning the item, you can select delivery terms. Once selected, these will be added to your invoice which should be paid within 72 Hours

To bid, you enter an amount and it increments against the other bid until it reaches that amount.
In other words, you put in £50 and the bid is starting at £5, so you’re winning that bid at £5 and it automatically goes up if someone else bids. No-one wins the auction until the reserve price is met (if set). If the reserve is not met, the bid does not win.
