Temporary Hoarding was a fanzine produced by Rock Against Racism (RAR), a British political and cultural movement that emerged in 1976 in response to the rising tide of racist attacks and racist graffiti on the streets of the United Kingdom, increasing support for the far-right National Front and the institutional racism that was embedded in British society.
